Hiossen Dental Implants – 5/2016 – Present – Indiana

  • Sales Representative – As a sales representative I am responsible for the entire northern half of Indiana.  The bulk of my position is driving and calling on doctors.  A major challenge is getting past the gatekeeper.  Rejection is an everyday occurrence.  Successfully navigating the sales cycle affords me the opportunity to land $20,000 – $50,000 packages or lines of credit to be used for our products.
  • Customer Service – I am responsible for placing orders for clients and insuring that the product they order arrives in a timely fashion.

Challenge Entertainment – 11/2012 – 5/2016 – Indiana

  • Regional Manager – As the Regional Manager for Challenge Entertainment I would sell weekly live trivia events to be hosted at local bars/restaurants/pubs.  I would call on owners and managers of local establishments and sell a variety of events that would bring in large crowds on a weekly basis.  I also developed an additional product for the company that is now used through out the United States.
  • Talent Manager – In addition to selling live trivia shows I was also responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling trivia “jockeys” to perform those shows.

Insurance Auto Auction – 5/2011 – 8/2013

  • Call Center Tech Manager – I moved up in the ranks at this company.  I began as a vehicle title expert calling on DMV’s of every state to get new titles for totaled vehicles.  I then developed a process that reduced customer errors by 12%.  This saved time and money and improved the customer experience. Finally, I moved into a technical role within the company.  I was responsible for day to day computer maintenance.  I spent much of my time testing and debugging our software while communicating with our programmers to make improvements.

Graston Technique 5/2010 – 5/2011   Indianapolis, IN

  • Master Schedule Coordinator – I was responsible for developing a company wide schedule spreadsheet that was populated by database information.  Has participants joined our courses the schedule would update with accurate numbers.  This would help sales reps know which courses needed additional effort and which courses were closed.

Warren Central High School   2006-2010   Indianapolis, IN

  • Aquatics Director – I ran the everyday operations of the Aquatic Facility at Warren Central High School.  This included hiring, training, and scheduling lifeguards and instructors.  I was also responsible for cleaning and maintenance of all pool equipment as well as ordering supplies and chemicals.
  • Head Swim Coach, boys and girls – I was the coach of the boys and girls swimming and diving team.  This included recruiting of athletes to the team, creating workout regimes, scheduling competitions and practices, fundraising efforts, and parent and administrator communication.

Power Aquatics   2003-2010   Cicero, IN

  • Owner/Operator/Head Coach – USA Swimming Club team that grew to multiple locations: Hamilton Heights, Tipton, Warren Central, Decatur Central, and Ben Davis.  With many locations I was challenged with the responsibility of communicating with many coaches, administrators, parents, and children.  I developed training regimes, scheduled practices and competitions, fundraising efforts, and new swimmer recruitment.  I also put in place a learn to swim program.

Power Teamwear   2003-2010   Cicero, IN

  • Owner/Operator – I developed a custom apparel/swim shop to service the local sports teams and swim teams.  I was responsible for ordering inventory and completing orders. 
  • Sales and Production – I would have to go sell coaches and administrators on using our service.  I also had to create the artwork and screen print the product.
